For the last few years Flux and Advertising Week have been working together to broadcast and produce there ever growing events to a global audience.
2018 marked a new chapter in the Advertising Week book as they expanded their reach to Latin America by staging a week long advertising event in Mexico City.
Flux were flown over to work across a variety of projects to help launch the successful event. Our main point of focus was to work alongside production to obtain recorded feeds from all the stages for an immediate edit and turn around for the on demand platform on the Advertising Week website.
This is a process we have been refining continuously on other jobs to establish a near perfect workflow that ensures the shortest amount of time from the sessions finishing to the project being viewable online when streaming isn’t an option.
It wasn’t all work though as the team managed to spend a bit of time exploring the historic and vibrant city of Mexico and sampled a lot of the local cuisine, tacos for days!
