Each year, media powerhouse Warner Bros. hold their Creative Exchange event – a conference designed to celebrate their successes, showcase their work and generally boost company morale. They choose Flux Broadcast as their partner in showcasing this massive event to a global audience.
Held in the Warner Bros. offices, the four day live broadcast event is a bold mixture of pre-recorded and live interviews, keynote speakers, seminars and panel discussions – with contributors beaming in from locations around the world.
Our goal is always to keep the energy and collaborative spirit of a face to face event. A three camera and lighting setup allows us to move quickly between three independent sets and presenters. Onboarding numerous pre-recorded speakers in a short time frame might challenge some broadcasters but we have the option to deliver hi-res files via FTP to edithouse as proxy, which means we can begin editing immediately. We also provided a restream for US audiences, cementing the event as a truly global spectacle.
At Flux we love a challenge and are always looking to go beyond perceived limitations. We even had 54 live guests at the Covid-19 compliant, socially distanced 2021 Creative Exchange.
The online conferences always tally impressive viewing figures with numerous positive impressions and some fantastic feedback from stakeholders. Watch this space for future collaborations!
