Synergy asked Flux Broadcast to film ‘Kaleidoscope’, the latest conference by consulting firm, Accenture, taking place in Tate Modern’s world famous, Tanks. We were tasked with covering the entire two-day event, capturing the speakers, seminars and immersive experiences, then editing the content in our onsite content studio to deliver as quickly as possible.
We filmed a number of live talks using multi-camera, video production PPU systems throughout the two-day event, then edited talks down to a highlights reel. Alongside this, we were also challenged to film interviews with the attendees and clients, whilst simultaneously capturing the buzz and excitement of Accenture’s event.
Flux Broadcast managed all of this content onsite in our flexible content studio. The content was being ingested continuously, which meant our award winning production team could continue to edit and deliver an amazing product in no time at all. Thanks to our efficient setup and flexible approach, we were able to adapt to an ever growing list of new deliverables.
After two days of intense filming, we were able to create over 70 pieces of content in 48 hours. Alongside this, our onsite crew adapted to changing schedules and new requests, while our Content Studio edited and delivered a wide variety of content in a short space of time.
