Continuing with the trend of quality and exceptional broadcast practices Flux once again teamed up with Top Shop for its on going London fashion week events.
This year saw a pioneering catwalk show for AW2017 with the stream broadcasting in landscape and portrait for mobile viewership. On top of this viewers could shop directly from the runway straight from the show floor in to there basket.
Before the event Flux was bought in to consult on online functionality and strategies for boosting viewer engagement. In delivering ‘shop the show’ technology, Flux also worked with Topshop’s development team to use CDN data feeds for social and shopping information.
The on-site team handled the live stream to Facebook Live, Topshop Homepage, Topshop Hub and syndicated partners.
The event saw over 130,000 views across the day on Topshop.com with ‘on demand’ views continuing into the evening. Topshop also reported marked increase in sales of available clothing.
Flux continue to partner with Top Shop to develop and stream more cutting edge broadcasts but unfortunately, we cannot report any improvement in Team Flux fashion sense.
